WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?
First Class or Free Shipping (If Applicable):
- – 1-2 business day handling period.
- – 1-3 business day shipping period.
- – You will receive a tracking code via email.
- – No insurance. Customers are responsible for all claims to USPS.

- – We currently do NOT ship orders Internationally
HOW DO I GET FREE SHIPPING?
Cute As Duck offers free first class shipping on all orders over $25!! That means, if your cart total exceeds $25 upon checkout, you will automatically have the option to enable free shipping before payment. No coupon/promo code necessary, just click and apply it!!
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
All orders are trackable! You will receive your tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched. Click here to track your order.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Our business hours are 8am-4pm EST, Monday – Friday. Order before 4 pm will be shipped out the same day. If you place an order on the weekend we will ship it out during business days.
I THINK MY ORDER IS LOST IN THE MAIL?
If you believe that your order is lost in transit, please use your tracking number to file a claim with USPS. If you need further assistance, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
All claims are customer’s responsibility with the carrier. We do not issue refunds when orders are lost in transit, however, we will do everything in our power to help.
